Good attendance at the AGM today (5th November) where the Chair’s annual report was presented. It’s a good summary of what Llangattock Community Woodlands has been doing this past year and a look ahead to next.
What we’ve been up to this last year
Christmas Willow Weaving Workshop
With funding from the National Lottery, Llangattock Community Woodlands has been running a series of wood themed workshops during 2024. The last one in 2024 will be a Christmas decoration willow weaving workshop in the community hall on Saturday 7th December. There will be two sessions and booking is essential.
Community Tree Planting
Join us in National Tree Week for a morning planting trees at our site on the edge of Llangattock. We will be planting native saplings on sloping ground so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. If you have a spade please bring it with you. All ages welcome.
